For ADWEA, organize your documentation in advance of your visit to their office.

  • Copies of passport with residency visa.
  • Copy of Property Deeds or Tenancy Agreement.
  • A deposit of 2000 Dirhams - Villa / 1000 Dirhams- Apartment
  • Register online, as bills are rendered on a monthly basis and can be paid on line with ease.
  • If you believe you will change jobs, it is better to have your PO Box in your own name.
