Abu dhabi CHARITIES

There are a number of charities in Abu Dhabi that are worthy of your support. Many of these charities welcome volunteer workers either to help in-house or to help at their many fund-raising events.

    City of Hope provides shelter for abused women and children of all nationalities.
  • THE CITIZENS’ FOUNDATION

  • THE ZAYED BIN SULTAN AL NAHYAN CHARITABLE & HUMANITARIAN FOUNDATION
    This foundation provides humanitarian relief to areas that have suffered natural disasters. It also funds the building of Mosques all over the world. www.zayedfoundation.org
  • MSF (Medecins Sans Frontieres)
    MSF supplies emergency aid to people involved in natural or man-made disasters, epidemics or armed conflicts around the world. www.msfuae.org
  • FORESIGHT
    UAE based charity that supports people who are visually impaired or blind. It also raises money for research in effort to find a cure for retinal diseases. www.foresightrp.com
  • GULF FOR GOOD
    Gulf4good raises money for UAE charities through a range of adventure challenges. The first challenge for 2009 is a cycle from Vietnam to Cambodia. www.gulf4good.org
  • HELPING HANDS
