Business - Offices

As more and more companies have sought to base themselves in Abu Dhabi in the past few years, the demand for immediate office space has been unrelenting. Many companies have awaited trade licenses or even in some cases await the completion of office towers.  This has lead to an increase in business or serviced office as a real alternative. Sometimes seen as a short term solution, often companies find themselves in serviced offices for a longer period of time than they originally envisaged.

Many companies have now set up serviced offices across the GCC which gives access to employees travelling across the region. They also enable newly created companies to operate without taking on the fixed costs associated with office fit out or even office purchase.
