  • High cost of rents, no income tax and a low crime rate has made buying in Abu Dhabi an attractive option for expatriates. Weigh up the buying V rent option carefully in light of your employment contract. 
  • For investors, consider commercial enterprise zones.
  • If buying off plan, try to ensure your stage payments are linked to completion hurdles on the project as opposed to specific dates. Delays can occur.
