Tennis

Tennis is a popular sport in Abu Dhabi, with group and individual coaching readily available from schools, private clubs etc.

The Abu Dhabi International Tennis Complex, part of Zayed Sports City hosted the first Capitala World Tennis Championship in 2009, See www.capitalawtc.com
It is hoped this will become an annual event.

Many of the beach clubs/ recreational clubs have flood lit tennis facilities and run intra club leagues which are a good opportunity to meet people in Abu Dhabi. Many of these clubs also run lessons for juniors.
